Bishop and Mrs. A.M. Seeley of Rosette announce the marriage of their daughter, Verna, to Kenneth G. Carter of Park Valley, who recently returned from a mission to the northern states. The marriage was solemnized on March 23, in the Salt Lake temple. The young couple will make their home in Rosette.
