Area Couple Married

Miss Virginia Lee Seeley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ward Seeley, RFD 1, Fort Edward, and Alvin Floyd Dean, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Dean, Glens Falls, were married last Saturday, in St. Mary’s Church, Hudson Falls. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Francis D. Dunbar, pastor. The bride was given in marriage by her father.

The bride was attended by her sister, Miss Elizabeth Ann Seeley. David Richard Chadwick of Hudson Falls was best man.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents after which the couple left on a wedding trip to Niagara Falls, Canada, and the New England States.

The bride attended Hudson Falls High School. Mr. Dean, who attended Queensbury High School is employed by Henry J. Sleight, Glens Falls.
