Mrs. Laura Payne, of 416 South Seventh street, announces the marriage of her daughter, Edyth Payne and Harry Seeley, of Philadelphia, at Elkton, Md., on Saturday last. Mr. and Mrs. Seeley will make their home with the bride’s mother while looking around for a permanent residence.
