Noah D. Powell and Mrs. Eula Powell, of Hamilton O., announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Ruth to Norman Glen Seeley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald S. Seeley, Grove City, O. The double ring service will be performed by Dr. W.D. Oldhom in the Park Place Church of God on Nov. 22 at 2:30 p.m. Miss Powell attended Anderson College and is at present employed with the Indiana Bell Telephone Co. Mr. Seeley is a student at Anderson College and is employed at Pierce Governor Co.
