Double Ring Ceremony Sterling-Seeley Wedding Performed in Roseville MANSFIELD Miss Barbara June Sterling, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Sterling, illegible . the bride of Robert Seeley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Seeley, Mansfield, RD, a illegible . at 3 p.m. Sunday. The setting in the Roseville Methodist Church was formed with garlands of greens, candelabra and baskets of pompons and carnations. Officiants were the Rev. Arthur Marshall and the Rev. Orey Crippen. Traditional wedding music was presented by Miss Linda Harris, organist, and Mrs. Alberta Kennedy, soloist. Both are from Roseville. Tulle Over Satin The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a gown of nylon tulle over satin, styled with a fitted bodice and long sleeves ending in points over .. illegible. The illegible with a net yoke was outlined with seed pearls and sequins. The bouffant skirt terminated in a cathedral train. Caught to her tiara of seed pearls and sequins was a fingertip-length veil of silk illusion with lace inserts and edging. Her colonial bouquet was of red roses. Miss Shirley Colby, Galeton, was maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Miss Betty Ann Rose, Mansfield, cousin of the bride, Miss Doris Seeley, Cresson, sister of the bridegroom, and Miss Phyllis Kennedy, Mansfield, RD. Pastel Shades Their gowns were of ballerina length in pastel shades and they wore coronets of matching lace net and sequins. The maid of honor wore lace net of taffeta in aqua, with a matching jacket and a coronet of lace net and sequins. Carol Sterling, sister of the bride, and Carolyn Baker, niece of the bridegroom, were flower girls and Donna and Donny Benedict twin niece and nephew of the bridegroom were train bearers. Verle Sterling, Millerton, brother of the bride, was best man and ushers were Howard Baker, Mansfield, RD, Duane Seymour, Mainesburg, and James Pratt, Troy. For her daughters wedding, Mrs. Sterling chose a dress of navy faille, while the mother of the bridegroom wore a navy crepe dress. Both had corsages of red roses. Reception For 200 Following the wedding, a reception for 200 guests was held in the church social room. After a trip to Washington, D.C., the couple will be at home at Roseville. Mrs. Seeley is a graduate of Mansfield High School and is employed by the Westinghouse Corp. at Horseheads, N.Y. Mr. Seeley was graduated from Mansfield High School and is engaged in farming near Roseville. He also is caretaker of the Rutland Township Roads.
