Mrs. Usher Winters, formerly Miss Vern Seely of Mt. Pleasant, who was married February 23 to Usher Winters of Victor. Mrs. Winters is the daughter of Former State Senator and Mrs. John H. Seely. Her husband is the principal of the Victor public schools.
