Charles R. SEELY

All Are Well Known.
Two sons, G.B. and C.R. Seely, Jr., are engaged in extensive farm and dairying in this county. Martin V. Seely, Mrs. A.V. Stuart and Mrs. C.P. Hageman, residents of San Jose; Mrs. F.S. Coats, of Aromas, Mrs. E. Huff of Mills Valley and Mrs. W. Graves, of Los Angeles.

In 1895 Mr. Seely took to himself a second wife. The fruits of this union consist of a son and daughter, whom, together with his wife, the children of his first wife and scores of relatives and friends are left to mourn.

He leaves a valuable estate, although he has spent thousands of dollars in giving financial assistance to his more unfortunate fellow men. He was broad and liberal minded, sympathetic and tender hearted, and withal a staunch, true Christian, a member of the Methodist Episcopal Church nearly his whole life.
